Belle Property Director David Wood told the Herald Sun on Friday the benefits of making such extensive renovations on the property with plans already in place.

‘It’s a really good opportunity for someone not to go through that planning process, because we all know how difficult they can be to obtain,’ he said.

Elyse and Josh relocated from Melbourne to Byron Bay in 2019, and in May last year purchased a $2.3million beach house in the New South Wales coastal town.
