Rebecca Judd’s twins ruin her nails during Mother’s Day morning

She recently stepped back from her media roles to focus on family after admitting working mums ‘can have it all, but not all at once’.

And Rebecca Judd has revealed how she’s been spending that extra family time, in a hilarious video showing herself getting a manicure courtesy of her twin boys Darcy and Tom, four.

In the Instagram post, the makeover quickly goes pear-shaped with the twins getting blue nail polish all over the 38-year-old WAG’s fingers.

‘Just try and stay on the nail, not the skin,’ Judd could be heard saying, as son Darcy rubbed blue polish all over the top third of her pinky.

‘Maybe you could wipe off the blue that is on the skin?’ suggested Darcy.

In her caption, the wife of AFL star Chris Judd revealed the makeover was part of an ELC (Early Learning Centre) Mother’s Day celebration.

In her caption, the former TV host revealed, ‘The twins start Prep next year so this was my final one but I will forever cherish the manicures, massages, singing, handmade gifts and precious playtime with my babes.’

‘Now, who would like to treat themselves to a Darcy Judd manicure?’ she suggested cheekily.

While the WAG has enjoyed being a working mother, she believes women can have it all, albeit with a caveat.

Rebecca told Stellar this week:  ‘I think you can have it all, but not all at once. You have to be fluid and move with what’s important at the time.

She added:  ‘Our priorities have changed a lot this year, and there’s such a focus on family and being at home and less scheduling things in for the kids.

‘The biggest learning of last year was that my children thrive from having me around and being able to be home and play with one another.

‘So I’m focusing on that. Who knows what the future will hold? But I’m not rushing into anything right now.’

It comes after Postcards executive producer Mel Zahra revealed to the The Herald Sun that Bec had left the show after almost a decade.

‘She made a statement about wanting to focus on her family and that’s understandable,’ she said.

The working mum had starred on the Victorian-based travel program Postcards since in 2011.

In November 2020, Bec announced her departure from KIIS FM’s 3pm Pick-Up radio show after four years on the air.

At the time, she said: ‘This is the first time since Chris finished football which would have been back in 2015 that we haven’t had any commitments… and this year has taught us that we just want to take a step back and not really have those weekly commitments.’

She also admitted that with her twins beginning their school years soon, she wanted to spend as much quality time with them as possible.
