Olivia Wilde on Monday was granted a three-year restraining order against a man she said continued to appear at her house.
According to TMZ, a court ordered Eric Nathanial Fuhs, 30, to keep away from Wilde, 37, for three years, as well as her ex Jason Sudeikis, 45, and their kids Otis, seven, and Daisy, four.
The actress/filmmaker, in petitioning the court for the restraining order in April, said that she had surveillance footage of Fuhs on her property, where he left notes claiming he was in a relationship with her.

In one instance, Fuhs wrote to her, ‘I, as of March 19, 2021 am now struggling to stay sane whilst being hidden,’ according to court docs reviewed by the outlet.
Wilde is currently linked to singer Harry Styles, which also came up in the legal papers.
Court docs state that Fuhs penned a note to Sudeikis about ‘how [Olivia] was unhappy in her relationship, and how she wanted to start a new relationship with’ him, adding ‘this continued almost every day … until January, when Harry Styles got credit for what I was doing,’ according to the outlet.
The Booksmart filmmaker said in court papers that Fuhs last October entered a zoom call she was on, and escalated the harassment to in person.

Wilde said in the initial statement that she resided with ‘Mr. Sudeikis and our two children,’ sources later told TMZ that wasn’t the case.
Sudeikis was seen with the kids this past weekend in West London (where he’s filming Ted Lasso), Page Six reported, as he took part in a photo scavenger hunt.
His split with Wilde has been amicable, as he thanked her earlier this year in accepting the honors at the 2021 Critics Choice Awards for Best Comedy Series for his series.
‘I want to thank my kids, Otis and Daisy, and I want to thank their mom, Olivia, who had the initial idea for this as a TV show,’ he said. ‘She was like, “You guys like doing that so much, you should do it as a movie or a TV show,” and she was right.’
Wilde and Sudekis broke up last November and she was first linked to the Watermelon Sugar singer this past January.
‘They were in Montecito, California this weekend for a wedding,’ an insider told People earlier this year. ‘They were affectionate around their friends, held hands and looked very happy. They have dated for a few weeks.’
A source last month told ET that Styles and Wilde have been ‘able to unwind, relax, and really enjoy some one-on-one time’ following production of their film Don’t Worry Darling. ‘Their idea of a good time is going for a long walk and ducking into a neighborhood pub.’
