Mark Bouris sells his Double Bay apartment for $3.85m to Jason Dundas’ Vogue assistant ex

The Celebrity Apprentice star Mark Bouris and Wizard Home Loans founder Mark Bouris has offloaded his stunning Double Bay apartment. 

According to News Corp, the 60-year-old sold the two-bedroom Sydney pad to Jason Dundas’ Vogue assistant ex-girlfriend, Rey-Hanna Vakili, 29.

It sold for an undisclosed amount, but reportedly had a $3.5m-$3.85million price guide. 

The publication reports that Bouris coughed up $3.7million for the pad in 2017 and at the time snapped it up ‘in the name of ex-wife Katherine Bouris’ investment trust, of which he’s the trustee.’

The pad features stunning interiors, high and elaborate ceilings and a marble and wooden kitchen.

The block of units are brand new and have just been completed, with Mark having purchased the property originally off the plan. 

Rey-Hanna Vakili, the daughter of a property developer, was previously an assistant for Vogue’s Anna Wintour and previously dated model Jason Dundas. 

The pair split in 2014 after dating on and off for five years. 

The pair originally met through a mutual connection – horse racing royalty Tom Waterhouse, whose wife Hoda is Rey’s older sister.

Mark meanwhile, who is the chairman of Yellow Brick Road, is known for his appearances on The Celebrity Apprentice and The Apprentice Australia, as host or ‘boss.’

Mark previously told Men’s Health his top tips and tricks on how to build a business for small business owners and budding entrepreneurs. 

The Mentor star suggested people start their business on the side before leaving their fulltime jobs. 

‘The Elon Musks and the Mark Zuckerbergs – they’re one in 10 million,’ he said. 

‘So the odds are against you from the start. That’s fine – still back yourself. But what those odds tell you is that in your risk-management process, try to avoid giving away your day job because you’ll need that cash flow.’
