Dame Joan Collins, 87, looked typically glamorous on Tuesday in a pink blazer as she arrived for dinner at Craig’s restaurant with her husband Percy Gibson, 56. 

The British screen icon teamed her structured jacket with a satin pink shirt and straight-leg trousers for an evening at one of her favourite LA eateries. 

She boosted her height with pointed suede heels while adding a touch of sparkle with ornate jewellery including a pearl necklace.

Joan made safety fashionable as she clutched a velvet face mask, complete with a holding stick and glitzy beading. 

The superstar swept her brunette locks back in a sleek ponytail while rocking a slick of red lipstick. 

Her doting husband of 19 years held her hand and guided her past onlookers and into the restaurant. 

Percy wore a complementing pink shirt and grey blazer which he paired with smart black jeans.

He also made sure to prioritise safety amid the coronavirus pandemic with a surgical face mask.

Joan – whose marriage to Peru born Percy is her longest – recently told the Mail On Sunday’s You magazine that she once turned down a pass from Robert F. Kennedy.

‘Ethel, his widow, is still alive so I really don’t want to go into it too much because I wouldn’t want to hurt her,’ she added diplomatically.

‘That was one of the things I said to him: “I’m married, you’re married.” But he was so charismatic.’

Joan, who once starred in a movie called The B**** adapted by late sister Jackie from one of her own novels, has had a long and successful side-career as a raconteuse.

She has performed one-woman shows about her life with help from Percy and is also the author of multiple saucy books.

Her memoir Past Imperfect delivered a raft of stories about her career and love life, which included a turbulent engagement to Warren Beatty.

The London-born daughter of a theatrical agent, she enjoyed several affairs in between – and sometimes overlapping with – her various marriages.

Joan was married at 18 to her actor first husband Maxwell Reed, who spiked her drink and raped her on their first date and whom she eventually left after he attempted to sell her for an night to an Arab sheikh for £10,000.
