Zac Efron SLASHES the price of his Los Angeles home by $225K after getting no offers after four months on the market
Zac Efron has slashed the price of his custom-built Los Angeles home, after failing to get a buyer in four months on the market.
The 33-year-old actor has been living in Australia since August when he was filming a movie, and he listed the home for $5.9 million in December.
The Baywatch star has now trimmed his asking price by $225K to $5.575 million, according to The New York Post.

The price drop happened sometime in March, though the actor has still had trouble finding a buyer.
Even with the price drop, though, the actor will still earn a tidy profit on the home, as long as the price doesn’t keep falling.
Property records indicate Efron purchased the home in 2013 for $4 million, though Efron no longer has a need for the home since he’s seemingly staying put in Australia.

It was reported in December that Efron had paid $2 million for a parcel of land in Tweed Valley, as rumors circulated that he was staying in Australia permanently.
The actor was dating Vanessa Valladares at the time, while filming the movie Gold for the Australian streaming service Stan.
He is currently filming the second season of his Netflix series Down to Earth with Zac Efron in Australia, and he had started dating Valladares after meeting her at the coffee shop she waitressed at.

There were reports that Efron was ‘pulling strings’ to get Valladares cast on a Netflix reality series filming in Australia’s Byron Bay – where they couple met – entitled Byron Baes.
The couple split earlier this month, with reports claiming the ‘final nail’ in the coffin of their relationship was reports that he was trying to get her cast on Byron Baes.
Regardless, his $2 million purchase in Tweed Valley was finalized in February, though it’s unclear if Efron still plans to make his move Down Under permanent.

The Los Angeles home Efron is trying to sell is 5,644 square feet in the Oaks section of Los Feliz, with the gated home described as a, ‘Zen contemporary compound.’
There are views from downtown Los Angeles to the ocean in every room, with the master bedroom located upstairs and three separate bedrooms downstairs.
The estate also features a separate one-bedroom and one-bathroom guest house.
