Jana Kramer has found new sources of wisdom and inspiration as she is ‘distraught’ over the divorce from her husband of nearly six years, Mike Caussin.
The country music star, 37, took to Instagram to share a series of inspirational quotes on her Stories on Friday.

The posts came just days after Jana announced that she and her husband had called it quits, leaving the star ‘pretty heartbroken and distraught’ according to a source.
‘This time she’s said it’s over for good. She wouldn’t have filed for divorce if she wasn’t serious about it,’ an insider exclusively told Us Weekly.
She broke the news on Instagram Wednesday with an emotional post amid more infidelity accusations against the former professional football player, with whom she shares two children.

According to the source, Kramer thought her third marriage ‘would be her last’ but after putting in a ‘lot of effort to make it work, she realized that ‘she was doing all she could [but] his past ways have come back to bite again.’
‘Their kids are still pretty young and wouldn’t fully understand if they told them they’re separating. They want to make sure their kids are raised as normal as possible despite their parents no longer living together,’ they added.
For now, the performer is focused on the pair’s two children: daughter Jolie Rae, five, and son Jace Joseph, two.
‘She’s a strong woman who breaks down from time to time, but she’s said she tries to not let her kids see her weak side and see her having breakdowns. Her kids are her world, and they truly are what make her happy,’ said the source.

Still speaking to People, a source close to the situation stressed that the estranged couple are now ‘focusing on their kids.’
Jana and Mike began dating in August 2014 but split up weeks later when she announced on social media that he cheated on her. They later reconciled, and got married in May 2015 in a rustic outdoor ceremony in Caussin’s home state of Virginia.
