Machine Gun Kelly shocks with a brand new tattoo that looks like a gory slash down his neck

Machine Gun Kelly has added another design to his head-to-toe tattoo collection.

The Bloody Valentine singer, who has upwards of 70 inkings across his body, chose a daring spot for his bold new piece, drawing a thin, red line down his neck.

MGK, 30, revealed his macabre tattoo on Instagram, posting a close up and a video of him going under the needle that was captioned: ‘Bye bye neck.’

Putting his neck out: Machine Gun Kelly showed off his new tattoo on Instagram Tuesday – a simple design which looked like a gory slash on his throat

Though simple, the body art left a gory impression, looking like it could have been a slash down his throat.

It hovered right above the phrase ‘Tickets to my downfall’ in Gothic script around his neck.

Kelly, whose birth name is Colson Baker, gave fans a glimpse into the tattoo process via a video.

He was seen laying on his back while his artist stood by with his machine in hand.

‘Hey if anyone liked my neck, it’s going to look different,’ the boyfriend of Megan Fox told followers, before the buzz of the tattoo gun began.

MGK flashed a huge grin, took a deep breath and gritted his teeth before his artist leaned in to work.

He seemed pleased with the final product, also sharing a selfie where he donned pearls underneath his new tattoo.

The My Ex’s Best Friend singer talked up his ink on Twitter too, posting: ‘yatted the neck. sorry’ with an upside-down happy face emoji.

MGK’s edgy new ink comes after girlfriend Megan declared her love for the singer with her own body art. Last year she debuted a tattoo of the phrase ‘el pistolero’ on her collarbone, Spanish for ‘the gunman.’

A source recently told People that things are going strong for the couple.
