Sam, who is best known for his role in Avatar, is currently starring in a Sydney Theatre Company production of the dark comedy Appropriate.
He has a lead role in the Wesley Enoch-directed stage play, and has been in Sydney with Lara and the couple’s children for some months.
Reports surfaced in 2020 the couple were planning to move Down Under on a permanent basis after spending years living in the U.S.
