WAG Rebecca Judd begins renovations on her chalet in the Victorian mountains – after transforming her $7.3million Melbourne mansion

She moved into her $7.3million Melbourne mansion with her family in September 2019 after extensive renovations.

And now, Rebecca Judd is focused on transforming her chalet in Mount Buller – a resort village in eastern Victoria – into an incredible holiday home.

According to The Sydney Morning Herald, the 38-year-old has enlisted the help of home expert Dale Cheesman to renovate her property ahead of winter.

It comes after Bec and her husband Chris Judd completely transformed their Spanish colonial-style $7.3million Melbourne mansion after buying it in March 2018.

They replaced its dated aesthetic and apricot colour palette, and added modern touches like gold brass fittings, marble, and steel doors.

The couple kept the home’s defining architectural feature – its arches – and used this shape as a theme throughout the interior.

The home has a gym, a tennis court that can be turned into ‘a footy oval or cricket pitch’, and a magnesium salt pool.

It also has a spacious wet bar complete with a snooker table and a fully-stocked bar, as well as a sofa.

During the renovations, Rebecca spoke of her disappointment after learning her Range Rover was too big to fit in the garage.

The mother-of-four said she ‘couldn’t even get the nose in’ when she tried to drive her luxury vehicle into the garage of her newly-purchased home.

In order to fix the problem, Rebecca and Chris spent around $50,000 to ‘knock out a column’ so they could drive in.

The couple live at the home with their four children: son Oscar, nine, daughter Billie, six, and twin sons Tom and Darcy, four.
