Phoebe Burgess and her sisters grace the cover of Stellar magazine to celebrate their ‘strength’

Phoebe Burgess and her sisters, Harriet and Jemima, will appear on the cover of Stellar Magazine, published on Saturday.

It’s been a rough 12 months for the former WAG, 31, who returned to her hometown of Bowral to bunker down at her parents’ sprawling estate after splitting from NRL player husband Sam Burgess in 2019.

And her siblings have been by her side, as she sought refuge and ‘rebuilt a beautiful little life’ the magazine’s cover proclaims.

Phoebe has a very close relationship with her sisters.

In November, the journalist paid tribute to Harriet, who she affectionately calls ‘Hattie,’ saying that she ‘couldn’t have made it without [her]’, amid a challenging time with ex-husband Sam.

At the time, the doting mum posted a string of photos to Instagram of her sister and her children to celebrate Hattie’s birthday.

‘Happy (late as in yesterday) birthday to my little Hattie,’ she captioned the picture.

A following photo featured Hattie hugging Phoebe’s daughter Poppy, three, with the caption: ‘We adore you’.

‘We couldn’t have done it without you,’ Phoebe captioned a third picture featuring herself and her sister hugging Poppy and her two-year-old son Billy.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph last year, Phoebe also revealed that moving back in with her parents, Mitchell and Sarah Hooke, following her marriage breakdown had given her ‘a new appreciation for what I do have and what’s good’.

The mother of two acknowledged there’s a lot of pressure on women to ‘do everything on your own’, but said asking her family for help in her time of need was actually a ‘sign of strength’.

The Burgesses separated in October 2019, after previously splitting in December 2018 just weeks after the birth of their son, Billy, and reconciling four months later.

The former couple married in December 2015. Their divorce was finalised late last year.

Since their separation, Sam has faced legal dramas, including issues concerning an argument with his former father-in-law Mitchell Hooke at the Hooke family home in October 2019.

The retired NRL player was found guilty in February of intimidating Mr Hooke, but this verdict was overturned the following month.
