Experts have frequently spoken about what skincare steps you can take to achieve the look.

Skin which is described as ‘glass’ is when it appears poreless, luminous and translucent.

Achieving the look without makeup requires both a healthy and balanced diet as well as dedication to a skin care routine.

The routine has to be done regularly and includes a lot of steps – as many as 10.

The routine starts with double cleansing, first with an oil-based cleanser and then with a second cleanser to break down make-up and dirt on the skin.

The next step is exfoliating to remove dead skin cells and remove blackheads, before toning to help rest the pH of the skin. Toning also helps the next steps absorb into your skin.

The fourth step is incorporating an essence, which is a thin water-based product to add moisture to the skin. It moisturises and provides a natural glow as well as heightening the benefits of any skincare routine.

Other steps include using a serum or face oil, layering on moisturiser, using SPF and using the right face masks.

TikTok users pointed out the first step was to have ‘perfect skin’ first, while another said that the hack was ‘wild’.

One user said: ‘First step: Have perfect skin’  Another wrote: ‘First. Treatment and spa every month.’  A third commented: ‘Wow this is wild.’
