Married At First Sight‘s Liam Cooper was left feeling ‘absolutely betrayed’ after his bride Georgia Fairweather appeared in a video where Jason Engler was dissing him.
But now, Daily Mail Australia can reveal that Liam and Georgia have since ‘rekindled’ their friendship, despite reportedly deciding to go their separate ways on the show.
The 29-year-old prison case manager stepped out to support the launch of his ‘wife’ Georgia’s events company in Brisbane last month.

The event, which was organised by Georgia’s event company, was a collaboration with Polpetta, a popular Italian kitchen and bar located at The Fantauzzo hotel.
Also attending was fellow MAFS bride Kerry Knight.
The genetically-blessed reality star trio were seen chatting and laughing to each other as they celebrated the re-launch of the eatery’s restaurant dinner service.
‘There’s no bad blood between Georgia and Liam, they were dancing and partying together to Akon’s Sexy B**ch,’ a source said.

The sighting comes just days after Kerry said that Johnny had apologised privately to Liam, 29, for his behaviour in the video.
Kerry also said there was no animosity between Liam, Georgia and Johnny.
‘I can assure you, behind the scenes Georgia and Johnny have done the same, albeit they did it [apologised] privately months ago,’ she said.
‘They’ve gone to really great lengths to mend fences and move forward in their friendships with Liam.’

Star of the show: At one point, Georgia was seen talking on a microphone as she welcomed her special guests
Footage surfaced on Tuesday of fellow groom Jason Engler, 35, using a homophobic slur against his bisexual co-star and calling him ‘ugly’ and ‘chubby’ – as Liam’s own ‘wife’ Georgia laughs in the background.
In the two-minute video obtained by Daily Mail Australia, Jason calls Liam, 29, a ‘full-blown homosexual’ – even though he has made it clear he is attracted to both women and men – and ridicules him for ‘not going to the gym’.
The video was filmed and uploaded to Georgia’s Instagram account in November as she, Jason and Johnny caught up Brisbane.
A source close to Liam told Daily Mail Australia he felt ‘absolutely betrayed and heartbroken’ after watching the footage.
Liam is understood to have kept quiet about the video until he was reunited with his castmates at the Married At First Sight reunion in February.
