Gwyneth Paltrow wishes her son Moses a happy 15th birthday with heartfelt tribute to her ‘little shredder’: ‘I love you so much’
Gwyneth Paltrow has wished a happy 15th birthday to her ‘little shredder’, her son Moses Martin.
The actress, 48, shared several images of the birthday boy on her Instagram account as she paid tribute to her youngest child with her ex-husband Chris Martin.
‘Holy Moses I can’t believe you are 15 today. You are the dreamiest, sweetest, most brilliant guy ever. I love you so much, you can’t fathom it. Happy birthday you little shredder,’ she captioned a series of snaps of her son.

The teen looked a perfect mix of his famous parents as he stood before the camera wearing a black down jacket.
In another photo, Moses looked every inch the budding pro skater as he performed a trick on his board.
The youngster threw his hands into the air while airborne upon the board.

The couple were married for 11 years before famously ‘consciously uncoupling’ in 2014, followed by their official divorce in 2016.
In 2018 Gwyneth remarried to Glee producer Brad Falchuk, while Chris has been in a relationship with Dakota Johnson for the last few years.
Reflecting on her first marriage in an interview with Anna Faris on her Unqualified podcast, Gwyneth admitted she never wanted to split from Chris.

‘I never wanted to get divorced. I never wanted to not be married to the father of my kids, theoretically.
‘But I have learned more about myself through that process than I could have imagined.’
‘And because I focused on accountability, I was then able to find the most amazing man and build something that I’ve never had before with Brad [Falchuk], my husband.’

Gwyneth also said she and the Coldplay vocalist had to commit to putting their children first even on days when they didn’t want to play happy families.
‘You take a deep breath and you look the person in the eye and you remember your pact and you smile and you hug and you make a hug and recommit to this new relationship that you are trying to foster.
The actress admitted it’s not easy but the long-term goal is to nurture a sense of unity.
‘Some days it’s not as good as it looks. We also have good days and bad days but I think it’s driving towards the same purpose of unity and love and what’s best for them.
‘We have this idea that just because we break up we can’t love the things about the person anymore that we loved and that’s not true.’
