The television personality, 40, who has recently overhauled her lifestyle and shed an impressive three stone in the process, looked stylish in a pastel patterned jumpsuit.

It comes after Gemma last week urged her fans to lose weight naturally, as her ex boyfriend James Argent, 33, prepares to have ‘life-saving’ gastric surgery.
She insisted that diet and exercise is the way to tackle weight loss as she confessed that she regrets promoting weight loss jabs in the past.
Speaking on the GC podcast she revealed that she now calls herself a ‘fitness queen’ after her three stone weight loss, and is determined to continue her health kick.
She explained: ‘I have said that I’m not promoting any diet injections or anything like that.

‘I kind of regret doing it but I feel like sometimes you’re in such a desperate place and you want to lose weight but actually I’ve come away from all the diet promotion because I wish we could get rid of that word diet.
‘It is so important that we keep getting that message home to people, that beauty is more than just these pumped-up faces, it’s not all about that.’
She continued: ‘It’s me Gemma, my new name is fitness queen. Since turning 40 I’ve become so much more aware of my health and I’m kind of regretting maybe not taking my health as seriously as I should have done.’

Gemma revealed that her new diet on her ‘massive health drive’ includes scrambled eggs, avocados and bacon, plus some small treats like jelly and nuts.
She explained that she has also been taking part in more exercise, and even wants to run the London marathon.
She shared: ‘I’ve gone health-obsessed mad and I’m loving it. I am feeling so fabulous about exercise. Imagine if I could do the London Marathon. Maybe I could. I would love to do it.’
Gemma’s comments come after Arg revealed he will have life-saving gastric surgery in the near future as he described doctors’ stark warning as ‘very worrying’.
The reality TV personality has now received his first dose of the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine after he was placed in the ‘high-risk category’ because of his weight.
He said on a recent GMB appearance: ‘They’ve [doctors] basically been saying, the size I am at the moment, it could be fatal. If I was to catch Covid, I could be a goner.’
