The publication also reported that Daniel Kaluuya was also in negotiations to star alongside the 37-year-old Walking Dead fan favorite.

If the actor signs on to the project, it will mark his second collaboration with the 42-year-old director. Kaluuya starred in Peele’s 2017  smash horror hit and directorial debut, Get Out.

Peele is set to direct, write and produce the upcoming feature, which Universal will distribute as part of their five-year deal with his Monkeypaw Productions company.

Although Yeun’s participation in the upcoming film has not been confirmed yet, he is still involved in several other projects that will make their respective debuts in the near future.

The actor recently joined the cast of the forthcoming Netflix dramedy series Beef, where he will costar with Ali Wong.

The show will follow a pair of people involved in a road rage incident that slowly becomes the focus of their lives.

He is also set to portray Richard in Stephen Karam’s directorial debut, The Humans, which is currently in post-production.

The feature is based on the director’s 2015 play of the same name and will follow a Manhattan-based family that gathers for a Thanksgiving dinner that quickly goes awry as the evening progresses.

Yeun’s voice acting efforts will be showcased in the upcoming second season of Tuca & Bertie, where he is set to star alongside both Wong and Tiffany Haddish.

Netflix initially canceled the show after its first season, but it was eventually picked up by Adult Swim, who ordered a second set of episodes, which are expected to arrive later this year.
