Meanwhile, Hanni, was dressed for the warmer climes in strapless striped co-ords, which she teamed with a pair of black slip-on sandals.

She wore her hair swept back off her face, which was covered in a glamorous coat of make-up and accessorised with cat-eye shades.

Jack then bravely shared details of his secret eating disorder and sarcastically thanked them for ‘being nice’.

He tweeted on 22 January: ‘I have an eating disorder. Thank you for being nice.’

MailOnline has contacted Jack’s representative for further comment.

Jack has previously spoke about problems in his life and in September he revealed that he had undergone a second hair transplant after his thinning locks put a strain on his mental health.

The soap actor underwent his first transplant in 2019, when he admitted that his hair loss had taken a toll on his health to the point that he almost quit the soap and ‘considered giving up acting’.

He wrote at the time: ‘9 months it’s been since my hair transplant, I decided to get one as my hair was falling out and it was affecting my mental health to the point where I considered giving up acting and not being in the public eye.’

He added: ‘Thank you @drasimshahmalak @CrownClinicUK for everything.’

Jack had previously stated he was convinced to have a transplant after his hair loss became more noticeable on-screen.

He said at the time: ‘I decided to have it done because my hair loss has really escalated in the last year, particularly at the front of my scalp. I remember seeing myself on screen and thinking: ”Oh my God, it is really falling out”.’

‘One of my mates had a transplant and he looked so much better afterwards that I didn’t recognise him. I was blown away by the improvement and he told me he wished he had done it earlier.’

Jack added: ‘I thought if I am going to do it, I should act now so that I can get the benefits for longer.

‘I want to get my hair back to what it was like before so that I can style it at the front any way that I like. It would great to be in a position to have an Elvis quiff and really have some fun with my hair.’

Jack has become a firm Coronation Street favourite since he debuted on the soap 21 years ago – winning a British Soap Award for Best Actor in 2018, though he appeared to be a teen tearaway of sorts in the early years.

Along with ruining his sister Sarah’s first wedding, David was later revealed to be sending birthday cards to his mum but pretended they were from her murderous dead husband Richard Hillman.

He also had a brief romance with Tina McIntyre (Michelle Keegan) the late Noughties, but it was brought to screeching halt when he learned she decided to abort his unborn baby.

After marrying Kylie Turner in 2011, he was caught up in a feud with her ex-partner Callum, and even helped his wife to cover up his murder.

Following Kylie’s death by stabbing in 2016, David went through an even worse ordeal when he was raped by Josh Tucker, but eventually found happiness again when he married Shona Ramsey – though their romance has been rocky as of late.
