A teaser trailer for the upcoming episode, which will air on Channel Seven at 7pm, was released on Wednesday.

The problem is that Ari has recently reunited with his ex, leaving Mackenzie unsure about what to do.

‘I have never been so paralysed with indecision before,’ she said, before later revealing she’d received ‘a sign from the universe’.

But before getting the chance to act on her decision, Mackenzie is seen suffering from intense stomach pains.

After wandering into the kitchen in the middle of the night to get a glass of water, Mackenzie suddenly grips her stomach and begins to moan.

She then drops the water, smashing the glass as she collapses onto the floor and curls up in a ball.

Clutching her stomach, Mackenzie begins to cry and scream as she lies on the floor alone in the darkness.

While it’s not known if she loses the baby, it undoubtedly sets the show up for a dramatic special.

Elsewhere in the episode, Christian, played by Ditch Davey, is forced to make a move that could potentially cost him his career.

Emily joined the show’s cast in 2019, but revealed she was a longtime fan before appearing in the series.
