Holly Willoughby showcased her spring style during Tuesday’s episode of This Morning as she sported a stunning blue floral frock.
However the TV presenter, 40, had to switch up her look slightly after pulling her back, as she changed out of her heels and into a pair of brown flat sandals.
Holly explained that she had injured her back while trying to uncross her legs earlier in the day and had to ditch her stylish stilettos in favour of something more comfy.

She told viewers: ‘You might have noticed I’m on this side today, that’s because during the show I uncrossed my legs and pulled my back.
‘Because now I’m over 40 that’s the stuff that happens. Got my flip flops on because I can’t wear my heels.’
