Alessandra Ambrosio shows off her slender pins in TINY grey shorts as she runs errands in LA

She has stormed the catwalk for some of the biggest fashion brands across the globe. 

And Alessandra Ambrosio showcased her lithe pins in grey mini shorts on Monday as she strutted through the streets of Los Angeles. 

The supermodel, 39 – who turns 40 next month – cut a laid-back figure after a quick workout at the gym and a visit to Kreation Organic Juicer for a snack. 

Alessandra teamed her minuscule shorts with a white cropped top, flashing a glimpse of her taut midriff. 

Opting for practical footwear, she sported white trainers while adding a splash of colour with a lime green handbag. 

The runway star decorated her wrists with eye-catching jewellery as she was seen clutching her phone. 

Alessandra brushed her caramel tresses up in a high ponytail while appearing to go make-up free. 

She protected her eyes from the glorious California sun with shades while rocking a patterned face mask. 

Recently attached to model Richard Lee, she peeled away for some family time earlier in March as she gave her kids Anja, 11, and Noah, eight, a mini Spring Break in Palm Springs. 

Alessandra and Richard were first spotted out publicly in February on a dinner date at Nobu, but social media receipts show they were in contact as early as December. 

She had taken a few months out to visit her family and friends in her native Brazil, but was back after the new year, having been there since the fall.  

Upon returning she seemed to kick their perhaps newfound relationship into high gear, spending many afternoons hiking and doing casual errands in each other’s company.  

The increasingly PDA-packed outings seemed to confirm suspicions that she and boyfriend of nearly two years, Nicolo Oddi, had split after she unfollowed him on Instagram. 

Though the Italian businessman had briefly accompanied her on the extended Florianopolis vacation, they spent Christmas and New Year’s Eve apart. 

Their last loved up vacation occurred in late August where they flew to the Maldives and she posted lots of couple photos, but his presence began to dwindle on her social media.  

A lover of warm weather and bathing suits, she could not stay away from the sun for too long amid LA’s coldspell and she took her kids to Palm Springs with a girlfriend last week. 

She showed of her phenomenal figure in many of her GAL Floripa bikinis by the pool and indulged in some cocktails, but after a picturesque hiatus she was back to her grind.
