Beck Zemek is locked in a feud with ‘villain’ Bryce Ruthven on Married At First Sight

And even though filming wrapped months ago, it seems the Perth business manager is still furious with the radio announcer for his questionable behaviour on the show.

Beck, 27, labelled Bryce, 31, an ’emotional manipulator’ after witnessing him hurt his wife Melissa Rawson’s feelings at Sunday’s commitment ceremony.

Angry: Married At First Sight’s Beck Zemek labelled Bryce Ruthven an ’emotional manipulator’ during an interview with Today Extra on Monday, and also hit back at claims she’s a ‘bully’

‘I still can’t quite make sense of [his actions],’ Beck said.

‘I think someone is being a bit of an emotional manipulator and playing a bit of a victim at this stage,’ she added.

Beck was then asked if she was a ‘bully’, after Bryce described her as one following her commentary about his relationship with Melissa.

‘That word, I think it was very rich coming from someone who had been telling his wife she didn’t have blonde hair and blue eyes like he needed,’ she said.

‘I think Bryce was in a situation where I had called him out and I was only speaking my truth on how I felt,’ she added.

‘And I guess for him to think that’s bullying and to write “leave”… [that’s] very rich coming from Bryce.’

As he made no secret of his uncertainty about his marriage, Melissa revealed to the experts she was falling in love with Bryce.

The other couples were horrified, with Beck saying ‘he doesn’t care about her’ and Patrick Dwyer muttering that he ‘doesn’t get’ Bryce’s logic.

Bryce later defended writing leave, saying he didn’t want to break up with Melissa but instead wanted the couple to leave the ‘toxic environment’ of the experiment.
