Keeping up with Chris! Elsa Pataky looks ripped during a gruelling workout with her husband’s personal trainer as she prepares for a new role
Her husband Chris Hemsworth may play muscle-bound superhero Thor, but Spanish actress Elsa Pataky can definitely hold her own in the gym.
The 44-year-old is showing no signs of slowing down as she gears up for her new role in Netflix action-drama film Interceptor.
On Monday, Chris’ personal trainer Luke Zocchi put Elsa through her paces during a tough workout focusing on her back, arms and shoulders.

‘Look at the shred! There is a new big dog in town,’ Luke said as he filmed Elsa during her sweat session.
Luke not only trains Chris, but also Chris’ stunt double, Bobby Holland Hanton.
Bobby was heard in the gym cheering on Elsa, yelling: ‘Yes, Elsa! Smashing it!’

Elsa appeared to barely break a sweat as she performed bench reverse flys, upright rows, chest press activations, back cable cross over flys, and tricep dips.
In previous training videos, Elsa has also demonstrated her ability to perform one-arm push ups.

Elsa is set to play the lead role in Netflix’s Interceptor. Her character is a woman who must save the world from 16 nuclear missiles.
The exciting new movie will be filmed in Sydney.
Elsa’s husband Chris is producing Interceptor alongside Kathy Morgan, Christopher Mapp, Robert Slaviero, and Peter D. Graves.
