Clementine Ford brands MAFS’ Bryce ‘one of the worst men alive’ for humiliating Melissa

Feminist writer Clementine Ford has delivered a brutal takedown of Married At Firset Sight ‘villain’ Bryce Ruthven, following Sunday night’s commitment ceremony.

During the car-crash episode, fans watched in horror as Bryce humiliated his ‘wife’ Melissa Rawson by initially choosing to ‘leave’ the experiment before changing his mind and writing ‘stay’.

After watching the scene unfold, Clementine posted an Instagram Story video of herself ranting about Bryce, jokingly referring to him as ‘Bruce Ratherbland’.

‘Bruce Ratherbland is one of the worst men to have ever lived,’ she began.

‘So Bruce just deliberately humiliates Melissa to ‘protect her from bullying from the group’. He’s clearly f**king with her head in a way that is causing her deep distress.’

Clementine then took aim at John Aiken, blasting the relationship expert for describing Bryce and Melissa’s relationship as ‘complex’, rather than ‘pressing Bruce for more information or accountability’.

‘Instead, he’s just like: ‘Okay guys, just go back to the group. We’ll just leave it at that’,’ she said, rolling her eyes.

During Sunday night’s commitment ceremony, Bryce appeared visibly uncomfortable as he tried to justify his decision to initially write ‘leave’.

‘It was tough,’ Bryce said. ‘It was hurting me to write it down. But I got to a point that… I had to cross it out and put stay, because I’m not done with this relationship.’

‘Me writing leave was to get her out of a toxic environment. It was me looking after her best interests, and for once in my life not being selfish.’

‘Did you think Melissa was going to write leave this week? No.’ Patrick Dwyer responded.

‘Even if you wrote leave, you’re going to be here for another week. I don’t get it?’

Not impressed: Clementine then took aim at John Aiken (pictured), blasting the relationship expert for describing Bryce and Melissa's relationship as 'complex', rather than 'pressing Bruce for more information or accountability'

‘The best thing about this experiment is that I don’t have to explain it to you, Patrick. I’m protecting her from bullying,’ Bryce snapped.

Clementine has delivered scathing recaps and rants about Married At First Sight’s latest season on Instagram, where she boasts more than 150,000 followers.

In a foul-mouthed rant in early March, she labelled some of the male cast members ‘c***s’ and said she hopes they suffer a ‘horrible injury’ so their ‘d***s fall off’.

The controversial author then went on to say all of the men on the show, with the exception of ‘sweet and naïve’ personal trainer Patrick, deserved to lose their genitals.

‘I really hope that all of these men suffer some kind of horrible injury that involves their d***s falling off,’ she said.

Some of the show’s former stars took umbrage with Ford’s statements.

In a lengthy Instagram post, season five villain Dean Wells said that the author had ‘lost the plot’, before branding her a ‘feminazi’.

‘Someone needs to tell her that MAFS is a TV show,’ the 43-year-old wrote.

His post received praise from some of Married At First Sight’s male stars, including season six’s Mike Gunner, who has feuded with Clem in the past.

‘I think she’s just decided that attacking men is her angle,’ Mike wrote.

Married At First Sight continues Monday at 7.30pm on Channel Nine
