Actor Chris Hemsworth off his incredible bulging biceps in buggy

Hollywood star Chris Hemsworth is in the best shape of his life as he films the latest instalment of Thor: Love and Thunder.

And on Sunday, the 37-year-old flaunted his bulging biceps as he joined his son in a blue buggy for a joyride in Byron Bay.

Posting a photo of the fun-filled outing on Instagram, Chris was seen posing in the miniature motorcar while showing off his huge arms in a blue singlet top.

‘Just a couple ol mates goin for a Sunday cruise,’ he captioned the post.

He later shared a clip of himself shouting ‘woooo!’ as his son drove the buggy along a road.

It comes after Chris showed-off his incredible strength at an amusement arcade alongside stuntman Bobby Holland Hanton on Friday.

Chris annihilated the arcade machine, delivering a strong blow to the boxing bag, which caused the entire cabinet to shake.

In an interview with Australian Men’s Health last month, he said his ‘body shuts down’ when he doesn’t work out.

‘I just don’t feel good. I like it for a couple of days, then everything just starts to hurt,’ he confessed.

‘I get achy and there’s inflammation, my back’s stiff. I’m just well aware that in order for me to live healthier and happier, I’ve got to keep moving.’

He also stressed the importance of developing a workout regimen that keeps you motivated.

‘I do a lot of different things. You’ve got to be an explorer in the world of fitness and exercise and constantly be on the lookout for something fresh,’ he said.

Chris enlists the help of personal trainer Luke Zocchi, who puts the father of three through two training methods, HIIT and HIRT.
