The upcoming episode of Married At First Sight promises to be one of the most dramatic yet. 

In a teaser for Tuesday’s show, stars including Booka Nile and Brett Helling are seen reading letters they wrote to one another, that leads to a tense confrontation.

Meanwhile, Melissa Rawson is seen reading a letter to ‘husband’ Bryce Ruthven and and tells him: ‘Your behaviour is aggressive and manipulative.’

Meanwhile, a voice dubs the letters ‘poison letters.’ 

‘Which poison letter rips a heart right open?’ It says.  

Brett can then be seen reading a letter to rocker ‘wife’ Booka and leaving her shocked when he says that the she thinks the world revolves around her.

‘Dear Booka, you think the world revolves around you, you spend time telling people how smart you are,’ Brett says. 

Shortly after, a shocked Booka has a go at Brett and asks him: ‘How bad have you painted me out to be to your friends?’

Melissa meanwhile can be seen reading a letter to Bryce and shockingly tells him: ‘Your behaviour is aggressive and manipulative.’

This week meanwhile, viewers watching Bryce’s gaslighting behaviour towards wife Melissa directed their frustrations at producers, questioning why they allowed such a toxic relationship play out on screens. 

Tweets slamming producers flooded in during Sunday night’s commitment ceremony, after Melissa told the experts that she felt ‘frightened’ and ‘scared’ to rock the boat in her relationship – even though Bryce had treated her with disrespect on multiple occasions.

Leading the backlash against producers was Gogglebox star Yvie Jones, who claimed she found Melissa’s words ‘troubling’ and felt that producers should intervene.

‘Where is the duty of care from producers to even put her in that position? And if pap shots are correct, they’re still together,’ she Tweeted.

She continued in another Tweet: ‘So are they sitting at home watching this together? Is he seeing her say this on TV, alone in their shared home? Is he gaslighting her right now?’

So far on MAFS, Bryce has infamously humiliated Melissa for her physical appearance, showed little regard for her feelings during arguments and admitted to ‘hooking up’ with a girl just two months before going on MAFS.  

It comes after Bryce was berated by his own mother for his questionable actions toward soft-spoken Melissa during Monday night’s episode.

Frustrated by her son’s disrespectful behaviour, Bryce’s mother slammed him for placing his wife fourth in the bride ranking challenge, and for his combative argument style. 

Married At First Sight airs on Tuesday evening on Channel Nine at 7:30pm.
