MAFS’ Coco Steadman reveals the exercise and diet secrets behind her incredible figure

Married At First Sight star Coco Stedman has lifted the lid on the exercise and diet regime she follows to maintain her fit physique. 

The 30-year-old, who owns KX Pilates Miranda in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, shared her top tips via a series of Instagram Stories on Tuesday after being hounded by fans desperate to emulate her athletic physique.  

After being quizzed on what motivates her to hit the gym, Coco replied: ‘It’s honestly my favourite thing to do. It’s when I feel most like myself.’

‘I love when it’s just my hour of peace when the only thing I think about is that one thing. It’s my moving meditation,’ she explained.   

Coco also responded to another fan asking about how to improve their fitness for the sake of ‘health and happiness’.  

The brunette insisted that a gentle approach is necessary when it comes to starting out at the gym.
