Married At First Sight fans go wild after Chris Jensen quits the show

Married At First Sight star Chris Jensen sensationally quit the experiment on Monday night after accusing his wife Jaimie of being ‘fake’.

And it appears the 32-year-old gained a legion of followers during his short stint on the Channel Nine reality show.

Immediately after his exit, Twitter erupted with support Chris, following his admission he was looking for a real relationship. 

‘Get outta there Chris. My doors open…and I won’t fake anything,’ one female viewer wrote to the hunky Queenslander. 

Another shared a picture of a gif saying ‘yes please’ at Chris’ hair and the fact he didn’t go to university. 

Others were quick to take aim at Jaimie for her behaviour towards the strapping hunk in the experiment. 

‘Jamie has a cold, dead heart,’ one viewer wrote.

Another said: ‘Kinda getting the ‘I’m hot and I know it vibe from Jaimie’. Chris is too good for her,’ they wrote. 

Chris stormed out of the experiment soon after he and Jaimie checked into their suite. He accused her of lying at the commitment ceremony. 

‘Jaimie told me the only reason she wrote ‘stay’ at the commitment ceremony was to save face, that she had plans for how we were gonna exit the experiment,’ he said. 

‘All because she didn’t want to admit I wasn’t good enough for her.’

Chris said he wanted to ‘stay’ in the experiment to give their relationship a chance. However, he didn’t want to be treated badly.   

‘I should not put myself in a position where you treat me like this. It’s wrong!’   

‘Jaimie, I’m leaving because I can’t continue this lie with you,’ he said. ‘I just can’t do it anymore.’
