‘Once I get my weekly schedule from work, the first thing I do is map out when I’ll exercise,’ she said.

‘I will write this into my diary and basically set a date with myself. I make sure that my exercise is a priority – that means I am a priority, too.

‘My workouts are time for myself, so they are very important to me and always have been,’ the star added.

Speaking to New Idea recently, Ada said she eats foods that are high in protein and does high-intensity workouts to stay trim and toned.

‘I like my curves, I feel like a woman and I feel more confident – which I think is also really good as a parent… I love that I’m curvy,’ she told the magazine.

‘I try and exercise about three to four times a week – sometimes more, sometimes less. It’s a mixture of weight training, cardio, boxing, Pilates and walks. I mix it up,’ she added.

As for meals, she said: ‘Morning is poached eggs with some avocado, salt and chilli, lunch is tuna, turkey or chicken salad, and dinner is steak with spinach and avocado. For snacks, I’ll have some macadamia nuts, raspberries, yoghurt and cheese.’
