Rose Byrne handles her own wardrobe while working on the set of the upcoming series Physical

Rose Byrne switches from a wig to her natural hair while working on the Los Angeles set of the upcoming Apple TV+ comedy series Physical

Rose Byrne was spotted working on the Santa Monica, California set of the upcoming Apple TV+ series Physical on Friday morning.

The actress was first seen exiting her personal trailer while putting on a face mask; she was later seen heading to the makeup trailer without her curly wig, which she has worn for much of principal photography.

The upcoming show has been shooting for several weeks and is tentatively set to debut on the streaming service this summer.

Byrne kept it very casual on set, as she wore a gray crewneck sweater on top of a t-shirt in a slightly darker shade of the same color.

The 41-year-old was also dressed in a pair of black sweats that featured white vertical lines positioned on her thighs and shins.

The Get Him To The Greek actress wore a pair of pink socks that covered the lower portion of her sweatpants and a set of white Birkenstock-style sandals during her time on set.

Although she was first seen wearing a curly brown wig, Byrne later removed her hairpiece to reveal her shoulder-length dark hair, which features highlights on its back portion.

The actress also wore a blue face mask to keep herself protected from COVID-19 while spending time around the numerous other cast and crew members.

Byrne was first attached to Physical earlier this year, when it was reported that the project had received a series order from Apple TV+.

The show will be centered around Sheila Rubin, the wife of a political figure who secretly battles issues centered around her personal image.

After she discovers the world of aerobics, the character then begins to take advantage of the burgeoning videotape industry to become what would later be described as a lifestyle guru.

The series will also feature Rory Scovel, Ashley Liao and Paul Sparks in supporting roles.

Physical was developed by Annie Weisman, who is known for her work on the hit shows The Path and Desperate Housewives.

The entertainment industry figure also serves as one of the show’s executive producers; Byrne is also involved in the same capacity.

Directors for the upcoming show include Liza Johnson, Stephanie Laing and Craig Gillespie, who will helm the series’ pilot episode; the 53-year-old filmmaker is also an executive producer on the show.

Physical is tentatively set to make its debut on the Apple TV+ streaming service in the summer of 2021.
