The star has a very impressive exercise regime and has previously credited weight training, outdoor runs, bootcamps and HIIT training for her toned physique.
The workout comes after Ellie she reflected on a time before the COVID-19 pandemic on Tuesday as she shared a stunning bikini throwback photo.
The singer looked incredible in the snap which saw her sizzle in a burgundy strapless bikini as she sprawled out in the sunshine on a lounge seat.
Ellie captioned the snap: ‘Me once!’ as she looks ahead to impending motherhood.

She candidly discussed how she was able to keep her baby news a secret for so long during an interview on Sunday Brunch earlier this month.
The songstress admitted she covered her growing bump with her husband’s coat as she chatted with hosts Simon Rimmer and Tim Lovejoy.
Asked how pregnancy had been for her and how she kept it a secret, she said: ‘It’s different… I stole my husband’s coat for about six months.

‘But that was really just in the shops, I didn’t go anywhere else. Out on walks, I just kept it covered up. It wasn’t really that hard, though, because of lockdown, I haven’t really seen anyone.’
A glowing Ellie swathed her stomach in a multicoloured jumper and floaty dress as she chatted.
The singer, who married art dealer Caspar in 2019, announced her pregnancy in stunning at-home shots taken for Vogue Magazine.

Ellie’s last major appearance was at the V&A Museum that month and she has spent the duration of lockdown at home in Gloucestershire.
She said: ‘We did the one show. I was pregnant and had no idea. That was [around] the time when Caspar and I went away briefly when we were allowed to for our one-year anniversary, and that’s basically when we found out.
‘It was crazy because it was our one-year anniversary. That was not the plan. The thought of getting pregnant didn’t seem like it could be a reality.
‘Becoming pregnant kind of made me feel human. I want a better word than womanly, [but]—I have curves I’ve never had before. I’m enjoying it. My husband’s enjoying it.’

Ellie admitted that being pregnant during a pandemic felt like a lonely experience but felt like complaining about being pregnant was a taboo.
But while she does know the baby’s gender ‘by default’ when she had the scan, she admits she wasn’t into having any sort of gender reveal and just wanted a healthy baby.
Ellie and Jasper met in 2016 after they were seated next to each other at a dinner arranged by their mutual friend, Princess Eugenie.
The pair got married at a star-studded wedding at York Minster in August 2019, attended by everyone from the Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson to the actress Sienna Miller and singers Katy Perry and James Blunt.
