EastEnders star Don Gilet snapped at Alex Jones after his interview on The One Show was plagued with technical issues on Thursday.
The actor, 54, told the host the ‘stop shouting’ as the poor connection meant he struggled to hear her questions.
Don, who played Lucas Johnson on the soap, had already seen his interview cut short after a previous segment on the show ran over time, and it came to an abrupt end after he repeatedly lost his connection.

Mere minutes before his final episode was due to air, Don was ready to appear on The One Show via. Zoom, but the chat was far from smooth sailing.
Fearing they were running out of time, Alex and host Michael Ball quickly launched into the interview, but it was clear the actor couldn’t hear their questions.
As Alex repeatedly tried to ask him about the storyline, Don snapped: ‘Alex, it’s not about shouting. It’s the signal!’

Apologising for the technical woes, Alex asked Don to simply discuss the storyline, to which the soap star was tight-lipped on details surrounding Lucas’ exit.
He said: ‘I’m not going to tell you anything, it’s on in a few seconds, but, I found it quite moving to shoot. Put it that way.’
Before Alex could ask another question, the feed once again froze, leaving her and Michael to awkwardly bring an end to the interview.

The programme then ended with Michael introducing a special tribute to Alex in honour of her 44th birthday.
Viewers saw Don once again bid farewell to EastEnders during Thursday’s show after his character Lucas was thrown behind bars.
The serial killer made a surprise return to the soap on Christmas Day to the horror of his ex-wife Denise.
The One Show airs weekdays at 7pm on BBC One.
