Jessica Rowe and Denise Drysdale have been firm buddies ever since they met on the set of Studio 10. 

And on Thursday, the ladies enjoyed some quality time together – in a hotel elevator.

Jess, 50, posted a hilarious picture to Instagram that showed the pals having a riotous time in their pyjamas.

‘Elevator selfie game strong with Neesy!’ she wrote in the caption.

Jessica revealed: ‘This was taken moments after [Denise] “camouflaged” herself with the leopard print toilet bag and hid behind the vase in the hotel foyer.’

‘She gave me the fright of my laugh! I’m still laughing!!!’ she said, along with the hash tags ‘crap housewife,’ ‘camouflage toilet bag,’ ‘leopard print’ and ‘neesy.’ 

This comes after Jess told news.com.au’s How to Be Happy podcast this week she was struggling to find work during the Covid-19 pandemic.

‘Well, I’ve got to be honest, in my professional life it’s been pretty crap,’ she said.

‘A lot of my work has gone. It’s disappeared because a lot of my work has been talking to people, hosting events, advocating for mental health but doing that with people, with an audience,’ she explained.

Jessica, who is known for her popular lifestyle blog Crap Housewife, also said she was finding self-isolation difficult because she ‘thrives on connecting with people’.
