But Elsa Pataky, 44, took time out of her busy schedule to organise her twin sons Sasha and Tristan’s animal-themed 7th birthday celebrations on Wednesday.
The wife of Chris Hemsworth was spotted outside her home in Byron Bay as a woman hand-delivered a bouquet of animal-themed helium balloons to her door.

Among the eye-catching decorations were several balloons emblazoned with tiger, leopard and chetah prints, as well as two large balloons shaped like the number 7.
The woman also carried two rolls of gift wrapping paper and a bag of what appeared to be decorative streamers.
Elsa looked to be in good spirits as she chatted to the delivery woman, before ushering her inside.

The age-defying stunner went without makeup and slicked her brown hair back into a low ponytail.
It comes after Elsa spoke candidly about her decision to quit acting at the peak of her career to raise a family.

Speaking to Jones magazine earlier this momth, Elsa explained that she selflessly chose to put her acting career on hold after having children so that her superstar husband Chris could focus on making movies.
‘I decided to focus on them and leave my career on the side, to just do little things here and there and try to be happy with that, even though it was my passion and I loved what I did,’ the mother-of-three said.
However, as Chris’ career flourished, Elsa couldn’t help but feel envious.

‘It was hard in some moments, because you see the person you love doing what you’re so passionate about, you see them doing movies, and you wish you could too,’ she confessed.
‘But because of my family I didn’t want to shoot anywhere else and it was Chris’ moment – I just let him know that he could do what he had to do and we’ll follow,’ Elsa added.
Elsa and Chris share three children, daughter India Rose, eight, and twin sons Sasha and Tristan, and live in a $30million mansion near Byron Bay.
