They are celebrating their third wedding anniversary this year.
And Nick Jonas has opened up about his relationship with wife Priyanka Chopra during an appearance on Zane Lowe’s Apple Music At Home With podcast.
The singer, 28, sweetly said he felt ‘unimaginable peace’ with his other half, 38, and revealed he is looking forward to becoming a father one day.

When asked about his relationship with Priyanka, Nick said: ‘I think that being friends first really helped. There was a built-in trust because we knew each other first as friends and you’ve got to be best friends with your person for it, I think, to work…
‘And so that was a major factor. And then also once we really gave it a real shot it was a no-brainer. It was just like, oh. I have said this before, but I describe it as there just being an unimaginable peace that surrounded me and the whole situation that just kind of let me know it was the right thing.
‘And luckily, she was on the same page pretty, pretty quickly. Because, as you know, it all happened very fast… And our third wedding anniversary this year. Those years just kind of go by really quickly when you’re having fun. That is true.’

Zane also asked Nick if he was ‘looking forward to being a dad’, to which he replied: ‘Of course. That is certainly something we’re both looking forward to. And know that it’ll happen when it’s supposed to and we’re ready for that.’
The married couple, who recently announced this years Oscar’s nominations together, have been in a relationship since 2018.
Elsewhere in the interview, Nick discussed ‘staying grounded’ while working as a child star alongside his siblings Joe and Kevin in their band, the Jonas Brothers.
Praising his parents, Nick said: ‘That can only be, I think, attributed to our parents and their incredible job I believe they did as parents.

‘And also just because we live with a healthy dose of kind of just saying, we know we’re really fortunate to be in this position. We never take it for granted. ‘
Nick also said that he hopes to portray Bruce Springsteen in a film someday.
‘It is a dream of mine – and I’ll just go ahead and say it, hoping that it gets to the right ears – but it’s a dream of mine to play him in a movie one day and tell his story in some way that would be honoring to him and that he could be involved with,’ Jonas told the outlet.

The Spaceman artist pointed to his New Jersey roots in explaining his fondness for the Dancing in the Dark artist, 71, noting that Springsteen holds a ‘special place in [his] heart and [his] creative life.
‘I’m so frustrated because I had the chance to go see him live when I was a lot younger,’ he told Zane .
‘He was playing at Giants Stadium. My brothers and my dad went, but I couldn’t go for some reason.’
He said he finally saw the rock icon take the stage in Los Angeles two years ago.
‘It just was such an amazing experience and so inspiring to me as an artist and having been a lifelong fan and then getting to see him live was great,’ he said.

Jonas said Springsteen’s career has served as a blueprint on how to truly connect with fans, saying that he ‘could only hope to have a career as lengthy as his and as important as his has been to people.’
‘That was the thing that really stood out to me after going to a show is just, he’s been a champion for his fans his entire career, and you see it at the shows,’ Jonas said of the Glory Days artist. ‘It’s about them.
‘Every moment’s about them, them having the best experience, best night of their week, their life, their year, whatever.’
Nick said that he and his brothers, Kevin, 33, and Joe, 31, have sought to give the fans a voice with interactive promotions related to material and merchandising.
‘Me and the brothers kind of said that about our shows,’ he said. ‘It’s like, we always want to make sure that our artistic vision comes through and that we’re saying what we want to say, but we also want this to be the best night of our fan’s week or month or year. So we try to bring that same energy and that’s all thanks to Bruce’s model.’
