Exciting times! Jacqueline Jossa has shared a new update on her £1.2million house renovation as she gave fans her followers a sneak peek at her garden makeover project

Jacqueline, who was wrapped up in a grey jumper and coat, said: ‘This looks better than it did before, it is progress. Don’t actually ask me what’s going on but it’s really exciting.’

Referencing an area which had been recently cleared, she said: ‘This has all come a long way as well it’s been pulled right down. Got some before pictures and the after is going to be a joke.’

The I’m A Celebrity winner went on to say she hopes her home account will bring something new for people, as she feels you don’t often see people undertake big garden projects like hers.

She said: ‘I like this for a home account, on other home accounts you see the before and before. But you never see a garden before and after.

Adding: ‘You don’t see a home account with this much of a mess of a garden to try and sort out. The process is going to be so sick, really fun to see what’s going on back here – not that I have a clue. What until you see what we’re going to do, it’s going to be so nice, I’m really excited.

‘It’s put me in a good mood, even though it probably looks worse to you guys, it makes me feel like there’s progress.’

It was revealed by MailOnline on Monday that Jacqueline and husband Dan Osborne’s new property has six bedrooms, five en suites and a cinema room – and the luxurious property spans across three floors.

The couple announced last week they had finally collected the keys to their ‘forever home,’ with Jacqueline telling her fans she ‘loves’ the space and is ‘so proud’ of the family’s new beginning.

The six-bedroom house boasts a large kitchen and living room, as well as an additional study, fireplace and garden, while Jacqueline and Dan’s room has its own desirable dressing area.

The detached property was on the market for £1.2 million before the couple bought it, and plan to move in with their children, Ella, six, and Mia, two, as well as Dan’s son, Teddy, seven, who he has from a previous relationship.

Jacqueline, who married ex-TOWIE star Dan, 29, in 2017, said: ‘We have waited a while but we picked up the keys to our forever home.

‘It needs some tender loving care, a lick of paint and some tweaks. I love love love it so much. I’m so proud.’

The couple has even set up their own house account on Instagram called Home With The Osbornes, requesting ‘inspo’ from those following the page, as they ‘need all the help we can get.’

Jacqueline added: ‘Right, so… we have so much to do, it’s a big old project, garden needs some serious work and actually the house needs a lot of tender love and care.’

Professional pictures of the couple’s new home show the stylish grey kitchen in pristine condition – but Dan revealed its one area of their abode that needs work.

Showing a loose skirting board, he said: ‘Right, see the kitchen looks lovely, but you’ll be surprised how much is wrong with this… there we go, that’s not even attached.

‘Honestly, so much work so much to fix in this kitchen. Don’t worry we’re going to make this perfection.’

He also said him and Jacqueline have repainted the wooden doors ‘charcoal grey’ with the pair already making improvements to perfect their home.

‘Right Dan is here on the account, this is the colour the doors were but they’re now going to a nice charcoal grey, this needs another coat though,’ he observed.

‘This is going to be my Lego room guys, if you haven’t seen on my personal account, I have a Lego room, some people think it’s geeky but I think it’s cool.’

Dan has previously shared his Lego collection that includes a construct of The Disney Castle with his fans and now has reserved a room in the new house for his hobby.

Speaking about her new house today, Jacqueline said: ‘Listen the house is a building site at the moment – it all needs a good clean so we’re going to wait. It’s not a building site that’s an exaggeration but it will be.

‘It’s actually a lot bigger than I remember, which is great but obviously its more work because it’s a lot bigger than I remember it.’

The house has a cinema room complete with a large screen and comfy seating area that will give Jacqueline and Dan’s children the space to watch films, as well as give the couple a romantic spot for date nights.

Elsewhere in the house, the bedrooms are spacious with wooden floors, giving the couple the chance to expand in the future if they decide to have more kids.

The couple referring to the house as a ‘new chapter’ could be in reference to the fresh start they promised each other after Dan finally confessed to cheating on Jacqueline last July.

Last year, he said: ‘We want to renew our vows and do it properly this time.

‘If we look back at our wedding pictures, it was amazing but since then there’s been so many negative things, it’s sort of tarnished it, so we both would like to renew our vows and put the past behind us and do it properly from there.’

While Jacqueline went to Australia for her victorious stint in the I’m A Celeb jungle, the rumours about Dan’s infidelities reached fever pitch, with him later admitting to ‘making mistakes’ and ‘being crap.’
