For her new role as newly-sober drug dealer Zu, Kate scored a nomination Thursday for worst actress at the 41st Golden Raspberry Awards, which will be announced on April 24.

Sia’s dismally-reviewed directorial debut Music is also up for worst picture, worst director, and worst supporting actress (Maddie Ziegler) for her take on an autistic character.

‘For me personally, creating it with Sia was healing in so many ways,’ Hudson said in the March edition of InStyle.

‘It was almost like someone giving me permission to say, “You’ve earned this opportunity to express yourself through this.” I’ve worked through it, and I feel more confident. Now I get excited about singing and I don’t have any expectations of what I want it to look like.’
