The couple, who already share Matilda, 3, and Delilah, 1, shared their baby joy earlier in October as they admitted they couldn’t wait to welcome a fifth member to their happy family.
In the Instagram video she shared: ‘I wanted to share with you my baby hospital bag. I love preparing it each time with my babies, I find it really, really exciting.’
The actress revealed that as well as the essentials she brings along some beauty products so she can freshen up during labour.

Helen recently revealed that this one will be their last child.
She has suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum, a sickness condition which has been especially bad this time around.
She told The Sun ‘I always really wanted four children but after the hyperemesis this time, I could never go through it again.’
‘So the decision about having more children after this one has been taken out of my hands, really.’
Helen shared the news of baby number three with a full family snap, Matilda and Delilah holding up Polaroids of Helen’s ultrasound scan.
