The TV star has been soaking up the sunshine since she managed to escape Britain’s third national lockdown when she jetted off to the Caribbean island. 

Montana recently thanked her followers for sending her ‘lovely messages’ and supporting her decision to travel in the midst of a global pandemic. 

Her outing also comes after fellow Love Islander Amy Hart defended influencers sharing sun-drenched snaps from abroad while the UK was in lockdown. 

The former flight attendant, 28, has insisted that being an influencer is a ‘credible’ line of work and described it as a new form of advertising.

 pointed out that she did not go to Dubai during lockdown and as a result, her social media content was not as entertaining as those who did.

According to The Mirror, the blonde said: ‘Influencing is a credible and valid job. People say we contribute nothing to society: look at my tax return. 

‘It’s a new form of advertising. If someone said they worked in advertising and they had to go to Dubai, you wouldn’t bat an eyelid.

‘I didn’t go to Dubai, and as a result, my content isn’t as good as the people who did go. As a result, I’m not as good at my job.’
