Sandra starred on Sam Wood’s season of The Bachelor in 2015, and was quickly labelled a ‘villain’ by viewers.

In 2017, Sandra was one of several ex reality TV stars to appear in the documentary ‘Creating A Monster’, which was an illuminating look at programs like The Bachelor, Married At First Sight and Big Brother.

Over the weekend, the pair were see hanging out, walking Sandra’s dog and watching Sam’s last commitment ceremony together.

However, Sandra told Daily Mail Australia on Monday the pair were ‘just friends’ and had known each other for more than 10 years.

‘Sam and I are friends, we have known each other for 13 years… we caught up as Sam shared his experience and how he was feeling, as I can relate being a former reality show contestant myself,’ she explained.

‘He’s really genuine and caring and we get along really well as we are both positive, fun loving extroverts,’ Sandra said, but made clear there was nothing romantic between them.
