They have remained good friends ever since they split in 2015.

And Sienna Miller and Tom Sturridge proved they were the friendliest of exes as they headed out on a dog walk with their daughter Marlowe, eight, in London on Saturday, ahead of Mother’s Day.

The actress, 39, cut a casual figure in a navy leggings and a green bomber jacket.

She layered the jacket atop of a grey hoodie and opted for comfort on her feet with Nike trainers.

Tom, 35, cut a dapper figure in a checked coat and a dark blue beanie.

Sienna looked every inch the doting mum as she cuddled Marlowe, who looked eager to ride her pink scooter.

The former couple began dating in 2011 but split in 2015.

Sienna previously gushed to Harper’s Bazaar that Tom was her ‘best friend in the entire world’ – and that while they don’t share a property, they often stay together to spend mutual time with their little girl.

Admitting their close bond has not broken since they cut romantic ties in the summer of 2015 after four years together, she explained: ‘We still love each other.

‘I think in a break-up somebody has to be a little bit cruel in order for it to be traditional, but it’s not been acrimonious in a way where you would choose to not be around that person.’

Last month Sienna admitted that she felt ‘overwhelmed’ and thought she had ‘failed’ the first stages of parenthood after welcoming her daughter Marlowe in 2012.

Reflecting on the difficult time, the actress said she was ‘obsessed’ with Marlowe, now eight, but at the same time was also in ‘absolute hell’ as she ‘didn’t know what she was doing’.

Sienna revealed that she had a ‘traumatic birth’ with her daughter and felt she had ‘failed’ at the time by not being in a ‘blissful little bubble’.

She said: ‘I remember when I had Marlowe, yes, people would phone and say, “I’m sure you’re in your blissful little bubble” and I was obsessed with my daughter but I was also in absolute hell.’

Recalling the difficult time, the actress continued: ‘Because you lose 24 hours sleep a week overnight, you spend so much time preparing for the birth and then you have to take the baby home and I didn’t know what I was doing.

‘It was intense, I had a traumatic birth, but the whole thing I felt like I failed at something by not being blissful in the first stages of parenthood.’

Sienna more recently embarked on a romance with Lucas Zwirner, though their relationship came to an end in the latter half of last year, prompting the star to relocate back to the UK from New York City.

The actress has been busy in recent weeks, as she’s been seen out and about in London shooting scenes for her Netflix political drama Anatomy Of A Scandal.
