Although the actress is best known for her on-screen roles, she recently tried something new with a guest appearance on the fictional podcast Dirty Diana, which stars Demi Moore.

Moore produces and stars in the series as a corporate executive who begins recording women talking about their sexual fantasies as an escape from her mundane domestic life with her husband, whom she hasn’t slept with in a year.

Griffith guest starred on the third episode as one of the women revealing her darkest secrets.

Griffith began her Hollywood career in the 1970s with acclaimed roles in Arthur Penn’s neo-noir mystery Night Moves and the Paul Newman–starring mystery The Drowning Pool, both from 1975.

The 1980s saw her receiving renewed acclaim for Brian De Palma’s thriller Body Double (1984), Jonathan Demme’s Something Wilde (1986) and Mike Nichols’ Working Girl (1988), among other films.

The actress followed in the footsteps of her mother Tippi Hedren, who famously starred in Alfred Hitchcock’s classics The Birds (1963) and Marnie (1964).

Her daughter Dakota Johnson, 31, whom she shares with her ex-husband Don Johnson, has gone on to have similar success as an actress.

Following a small but pivotal role in David Fincher’s The Social Network (2010), she landed the lead role in the Fifty Shades Of Gray Trilogy and Luca Guadagnino’s epic horror remake Suspiria (2018).
