Lady Gaga feeds screen husband Adam Driver a pastry as close co-stars relax between takes in Milan on the set of forthcoming autobiographical drama House Of Gucci

  • The singer and actress takes a starring role as Patrizia Reggiani, in celebrated director Ridley Scott’s autobiographical drama about the 1995 assassination of Italian businessman Maurizio Gucci 
  • Reggiani, nicknamed the ‘Black Widow’, was found guilty of paying a hit man €300,000 (£240,000) to murder 46–year–old Gucci, an heir to the fashion empire 
  • Gucci had left her for another woman 10 years previously after telling her he was going on a short business trip, from which he never returned 
  • Reggiani was initially sentenced to 29 years in 1998, which was reduced to 26 on appeal. She served 18 before being released in October 2014 
  • The film is based on the bestselling novel The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed by author Sara Gay Forden

The hard work continued on Thursday morning as Lady Gaga filmed her latest scenes on the set of Ridley Scott’s forthcoming autobiographical drama House Of Gucci. 

The singer and actress takes a starring role as ‘black widow’ Patrizia Reggiani, whose marriage, divorce and subsequent plot to murder ex-husband Maurizio Gucci – an air to the celebrated Italian fashion empire – is documented in the new film.  

However there was no animosity between Gaga and screen husband Adam Driver as they took a break in Milan, with the 34-year old even attempting to feed her co-star between takes.
