Kim Kardashian mistakes snow for hail as she talks insane Calabasas weather:’It’s literally snowing’

Kim Kardashian may be a lot of things — a mom, a business woman, even a lawyer — but one thing she is not is a meteorologist.

On Wednesday the 40-year-old reality star filmed a video of some obscure weather in her cozy Calabasas, adamantly proclaiming ‘it’s snowing’ despite it being hail.

Seemingly the only one of her famous sisters to not understand the difference between the two — which she was later corrected for — a shocked Kim gushed ‘This is insane, my basketball court is white with snow!!!’

Hail mary: Kim Kardashian, 40, makes a weather blunder as she proclaims, ‘It’s literally snowing in Calabasas,’ while scooping up hail, as social media tries to correct her error before she claims ‘I’m not a meteorologist people!!!!’

Despite taking many trips to snowy climates in her privileged life, the SKIMS founder seemed to be so taken aback by anything other than 60-degrees and sunny in California that she was at a loss for words.

She filmed herself exploring the grounds of her Hidden Hills backyard while talking about the ‘insane’ snow, progressively becoming more shocked.

‘Ok this is insane you guys, it’s snowing in Calabasas. I don’t know if you can see that but this is absolutely insane.’

She held her hand out to catch the falling icy droplets before putting her palm up to the camera. ‘This is crazy – it’s literally snowing in Calabasas. This is really crazy – how is this happening?’

Out of her element: Clearly taken aback by anything other than 60-degrees and sunny, she couldn't find the words to describe the weather

Correct answer: Khloe was able to properly identify that it was hail, as well as model Winnie Harlow who tagged Kim in her Instagram story

Her sister Khloe posted a similar story but was able to properly identify the ice as she wrote ‘Hail in Calabasas?’

Kendall also filmed her backyard from her Beverly Hills pad as she too was struck by the odd weather.

When model Winnie Harlow also posted about the weather and tagged Kim on Instagram while talking about the hail, she then tried to explain her blunder.

‘If you’re from California it’s called SNOW not hail LOL,’ she wrote as she reposted the story.

On the defense: 'I know I got 30 jobs but a meteorologist ain't one! If it's hailing in Calabasas in March I call it snow!!!,' she wrote

After her posts, she was flooded on Instagram and Twitter with fan corrections, causing Kim to  playfully acknowledged the situation again.

‘Ok OK I get the message!!! It is HAIL!!! Not SNOW!  I’m not a meteorologist people!!! Never claimed to be! I know I got 30 jobs but a meteorologist ain’t one! If it’s hailing in Calabasas in March I call it snow!!! OKKKKURRRRRR.’

One Twitter user wrote ‘Our weather correspondent just let us know that it is snowing in Calabasas today as we tweet.’

Another wrote ‘It’s @kimkardashian calling hail, snow for me personally,’ which gave Kim a chuckle.

But another user claimed Kim could do no wrong as they shared, ‘If @kimkardashian says its snow THEN ITS SNOW.’
