Ana De Armas shows off dramatic fringe and blunt bob in sultry black-and-white photo

Ana de Armas shared a sultry black-and-white photo of herself sporting her blunt short bob and fringe on Instagram on Thursday.

The Cuban actress, 32, proudly showed off her dramatic look as she sipped on an iced coffee, months after splitting from Hollywood actor Ben Affleck, 48.

Ana was dressed stylishly in a camel coat layered over a crisp white T-shirt.

Accessorising with a silver chain and bold pendant, Ana framed her alluring stare with winged eyeliner.

Photos of Ana’s new look emerged that same month on social media after she was tagged by friends.

Some of Ana’s fans even suspected that her split from A-lister Ben was the reason for her drastic transformation.

‘Convinced that Ben Affleck & Ana de Armas have broken up because she went to stay with family in Cuba and got bangs,’ one person wrote on Twitter on January 10.

Another Twitter user mused on January 2: ‘Did Ana De Armas and Ben Affleck break up…Ana got that post-break up haircut too.’

Ana and Ben went their separate ways at the beginning of 2021 after a year of dating.

The split was reported to be ‘as amicable as can be’, with sources insisting the pair still have ‘a lot of love’ for one another.

An insider previously said: ‘There is a lot of love still between the two of them. The split is as amicable as can be.’

Meanwhile, Ana’s hectic work schedule has been keeping her busy, with the star spending the majority of this month on the set of her upcoming blockbuster, The Grey Man.

The actress even shared a brief video of herself brushing up her firearm skills with her trainer Chili Palmer earlier in March.

The Gray Man is adapted from Mark Greaney’s debut 2009 novel, the first in a series following Court Gentry (Gosling), a.k.a. The Gray Man.

Gentry is a former CIA operative who finds himself being hunted by another former CIA spook, Lloyd Hansen (Chris Evans).

There is no word yet on who de Armas will be portraying in the film, but she was also joined this week by Rege-Jean Page, Billy Bob Thornton and Alfre Woodard.

Wagner Moura, Jessica Henwick, Dhanush and Julia Butters round out the cast of the action-thriller, directed by the Russo Brothers (Avengers: Endgame).

Filming is slated to take place in Los Angeles, with The Gray Man said to be the most expensive project Netflix has ever produced.

While de Armas gets to work on that project, she could have a very big year ahead of her, with three high-profile projects slated to debut this year.

She portrays the new Bond girl Paloma in the highly-anticipated James Bond adventure No Time to Die, currently slated for release on October 8.

She also has Deep Water in post-production, where she first met her ex-boyfriend Ben Affleck, slated for release on August 13.

The actress also plays Norma Jeane Mortenson, a.k.a. Marilyn Monroe, in a fictionalized account of her life called Norma, slated for release this year on Netflix.
