Samantha Armytage glows as she runs errands in Sydney ahead of her final day on Channel Seven’s Sunrise

She’s departing Channel Seven’s Sunrise after eight years as host of the morning breakfast show.

And ahead of her final appearance on Thursday, Samantha Armytage glowed as she ran errands in Sydney.

The 44-year-old was spotted with what appeared to be a sun-kissed complexion as she hopped out of her Range Rover in Alexandria.

Off she goes: Sunrise host Samantha Armytage (pictured), 44, positively glowed when she was spotted in Sydney’s Alexandria on Thursday

The blonde stunned in a simple grey oversize shirt and stark white skirt during the outing.

She paired her outfit with a clean-cut brown leather bag and sandals from Chanel, which retail online for about $1,000.

Samantha’s makeup appeared to be minimal, and her hair was styled loosely and parted down the middle.

She completed her outfit with a pink lip and matching toenail polish, oversize sunglasses and black hair tie around her right wrist.

Her day out follows Sam announcing she would be leaving the breakfast program on Monday.

‘The time has come for the sun to set on my time at Sunrise. I have always been brave and fearless in my career and this decision is no different,’ Samantha said at the time on air.

She explained she was leaving of her own choosing, and was looking forward to life away from the spotlight after a ‘bittersweet’ year that included the death of her mother, Libby, and her marriage to 60-year-old businessman Richard Lavender.

‘I want to step out of this public world for a while and take some time and calm things down, enjoy a bit of slow living, and spend some time with my precious family, my husband and [dog] Banjo,’ she said.

‘I’m extremely proud of my almost eight years at the helm of Sunrise, my seven years before that at Weekend Sunrise, and my almost 18 years with the Seven Network.’
