Supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman husband Rande Gerber have added a sleek new Miami Beach condominium to their property portfolio.
The couple have plunked down approximately $3 million on a two bedroom, two and a half bathroom lower penthouse at the ultra exclusive waterfront Ritz-Carlton Residences.
Although it’s not known which unit they purchased, the 2,300 sq ft floor plan that Cindy, 55, and Rande, 58, are said to have snapped up goes for upwards of $2,925,000.

This purchase comes just weeks after the couple shelled out $9,625,000 on another Miami waterfront property with views of the Biscayne Bay.
Just before the New Year, they are said to have bought a five bedroom, four and a half bath single family residence.

Cindy and Rande have been married since 1998 and have two model children Presley, 21, and Kaia, 19.
The couple have a rather impressive property portfolio, and own two properties in Malibu alone – where they live most of the year.
They also have a $11.63 million Beverly Hills mansion which they listed last year for $16 million, as well as a $5.4 million desert retreat in La Quinta.
They also have a lakefront vacation home in Ontario, and a Mexican villa in Los Cabos.
