Arnold Schwarzenegger has undergone two heart surgeries in two years.

But the former governor of California appears to be in better shape than ever, as he keeps up with his fitness routine.

He kept it cool Monday in a camouflage bomber jacket, as he enjoyed an afternoon bike ride with a friend through his upscale Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The 73-year-old bundled up in the zipped-up jacket, featuring a patch on the chest with his own bodybuilding silhouette and black leather sleeves.

He complemented the casual ensemble with a pair of slim black pants and some matching black shoes.

Arnold finished the look with a pair of black sunglasses with reflective orange lenses, while staying safe in a black face mask. 

He cruised down the bike lane in his silver Matchless Urban E-Bike, as his friend tagged along beside him for the ride.

Arnold told his 21.5million followers: ‘Alright, I just got my vaccine, and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Come with me if you want to live.’ 

It comes after the Golden Globe winner underwent heart surgery back in November for the second time in two years.

He took to Instagram after going under the knife, writing: ‘Thanks to the team at the Cleveland Clinic, I have a new aortic valve to go along with my new pulmonary valve from my last surgery.

The True Lies star previously had open-heart surgery back in March of 2018, not long before he reported to set for Terminator: Dark Fate, the latest installment in the iconic action franchise.

He told The Sun when the film premiered in October of 2019: ‘It was kind of a surprise. I never get scared about these things.

‘For a minute, I was worried it was too close to doing Terminator 6 but I realized right away the movie is a good means to get back into shape again.’ 

Arnold added: ‘I was home in no time and was back to the gym in no time. Most people baby themselves too much after surgery.’
