Married At First Sight’s Sam Carraro accidentally ‘CONFIRMS split from his bride Coco Stedman’ – after storming out during explosive first commitment ceremony

It looks like it’s all over for one of Married At First Sight‘s most controversial couples.

Sam Carraro appears to have confirmed his split from ‘wife’ Coco Stedman during an interview on HIT Queensland’s Breakfast with Cliffo and Gabi on Monday.

After being asked whether he applied for the show for the right reasons, the 32-year-old revealed he had the right intentions but ‘it didn’t work out’.

‘It’s been said you are on the show to promote your clothing brand Sam because you are in fashion. Have you got any business through this?’ radio host Gabi asked.

‘It’s going ok but I didn’t just come on the show to promote my business. I definitely came on for the right reasons but they didn’t work out,’ Sam said.

A stunned Cliffo asked: ‘They didn’t work out?’

Sam then explained: ‘They are not working out because Coco and I didn’t see eye to eye.’

The interview comes after Sam stormed off after being confronted about criticising Coco on Sunday night.

The 32-year-old walked out during the show’s explosive first commitment ceremony when the experts confronted him about repeatedly putting bride Coco, 30, down.

‘I feel like I’m being attacked… Nothing has ever come out of my mouth to be nasty besides when we have had an honesty challenge and I’ve had to be honest,’ he said.

Relationship expert John Aiken added: ‘Alright, we’ve unpacked this tonight and what we have to do now is find out whether you want to stay or leave.’

Coco revealed she’d decided she wanted to leave the experiment because she didn’t like the way Sam had been criticising her physical appearance and personality.

Sam then explained: ‘I wrote stay because I didn’t think it was going to go that bad. If I knew what was about to happen I would not have written stay.’

‘I would write leave right now if I could… I thought it’s early and we had some good times together,’ he added as Coco broke down in tears.

Expert Mel Schilling then asked Sam whether he had anything to say to Coco.

‘I can’t speak, I’m taking a minute. This is out of control,’ he said as he stormed out of the room.

Married At First Sight continues Monday from 7:30pm on Channel Nine
