Bradley Cooper keeps his daughter Lea close while taking her for a walk through New York City

Bradley Cooper was spotted strolling along New York City‘s sidewalks on Monday morning.

The 46-year-old A Star Is Born actor was pictured holding his daughter Lea, aged three, close to him as they shared a bit of quality time.

Later in the morning, the child’s mother, 35-year-old Irina Shayk, was seen as she pushed the little girl in a stroller. 

Shayk had on a long black brown coat over a black hoodie with spotted slacks and a face mask on as her hair was worn pulled back. 

Cooper was dressed in a dark blue double-breasted jacket during his walk; he popped his collar up to keep his neck warm.

The actor paired his top with a set of form-fitting light beige jeans and a pair of leather boots. 

The producer tied off his casual look with large pair of sunglasses and a black trucker cap that covered up a majority of his light brown hair.

Cooper also wore a large facial covering to reduce the chance of contracting COVID-19 during his morning stroll. 

Lea is the actor’s only daughter with his former partner Shayk, whom he began dating in 2015.

Before becoming romantically involved with the supermodel, the performer was briefly married to Jennifer Esposito from 2006 until 2007.  

Cooper was also in high-profile relationships with actresses Zoe Saldana and Renee Zellweger prior to meeting the runway fixture.

The director and the model welcomed their daughter two years after they met, although they eventually split up for good in 2019.

The pair remain on good terms and appear to have put aside their differences with their daughter’s best interests in mind. 

During a recent interview with Elle, Shayk commented that she and Cooper, whom she described as ‘the most amazing dad,’ aim to devote as much energy as they can to raising their daughter. 

‘I never understood the term co-parenting…When I’m with my daughter, I’m 100 percent a mother, and when she’s with her dad, he’s 100 percent her dad,’ she said.

The fashion industry icon also spoke about her reluctance to discuss her time with the actor and noted that she was not interested in making any specific details known to the public. 

Shayk remarked, ‘My past relationship, it’s something that belongs to me, and it’s private…It’s just a piece of my inner self that I don’t want to give away.’

The supermodel finished the interview by noting that she preferred to focus on making sure her daughter had a positive upbringing than on the media’s perception of her as a mother. 

‘I don’t read what is out there. Honestly, I’m too busy raising a child…I’m concentrating on my life and my friends. The rest is just noise,’ she stated.
