Former Bachelor star Abbie Chatfield reveals that she was too hungover to attend Mardi Gras 

The annual Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras is one of the biggest parties of the year. 

But on Saturday, I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! winner Abbie Chatfield revealed that she was ‘too hungover’ from partying on Friday night to attend. 

Posting to her Instagram Stories, the 25-year-old reality star shared a photo of herself in the sequinned dress she was going to wear.  

‘I’m too hungover to go to Mardi Gras but this is what I would have worn. FML. Hope you all have fun,’ she captioned the post. 

In the image, Abbie flaunted her trim pins in the mini-dress, which she paired with white slide on heels. 

Her brunette tresses were pulled back into a relaxed bun, and she appeared to go makeup free in the mirror selfie. 

The former Bachelor star also admitted that instead of partying she was going to be ordering ‘a mint thickshake on Uber Eats’ 

‘Could have looked so cute and had so much fun grrrr. Instead I just ordered a mint thickshake on Uber Eats. Not the worst thing in the world I guess,’ she wrote. 

Finally, the reality star, who is known for oversharing, thanked the ‘two boys’ who ‘held [her] hair back, while [she] vomited’ during her outing on Friday night. 

It comes as Abbie has now said she’s ‘just gay’, after last year revealing she identifies as bisexual. 

Speaking on her podcast, It’s A Lot, last month, she admitted it had taken her a long time to come to terms with her sexuality.

‘Even though I’d slept with girls and I’d eaten p***y, I was like, “Nah, I’m so straight,”‘ she confessed.

 The I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! winner added: ‘I think I’m just gay.’
